Review this Product
for cowboys

very good boot for cowboys, tread will not hang up in a stirup. narrow enough for most stirups. I've used them for years of dependable service.

Just got my new pair of Outfitters. They're amazing. We got 2 feet of snow twice in the last week and standing in waste deep snow was no problem. I was hesistant to spend $200 on boots, but worth every penny so far. Great product and nice people.

These boots are very comfortable. We run 2 cattle auction houses and we walk all day long in the slop and snow and they have held up for 2 years.
best feeling boots I've ever worn
By: vincent bartusik - zion grove, PA Feb 10, 2011
As soon as I got these boots, I put them on around the house. They fit like they were custom made for me. I rubbed mink oil into the leather, and have been wearing them for chores around the house just to break them in, but they still feel better than another major name pac boot that I've worn for countless hunting trips. The best thing about them is the one thing that I've always hated with other pac boots, the tongue. Most pacs have a tongue that is cut from the same leather as the rest of the boot, but not these, the tongue is cut from a thinner and softer leather than the rest of the upper. Someone was on their game when they designed these boots! I wish I had found these boots about 10 yrs ago.
Great boots

I purchased the 13 inch model. Got these for rabbit and grouse in the NE as well as sledding with the kid's. These are more comfortable than my leather hunting boots. Their warmth is easily controlled with the appropiate weight socks. The cost may seem high but their comfort is outstanding. I love these so much I bought the Bridger non-insulated in 13 inch for early season upland hunting.

Outfitter Product Details 6-1/2 ounce full-grain oil tanned leather
uppers provide support, protection, and durability. Supple, full-grain, oil tanned (not split) bellows
tongues make for easy on/off and lacing comfort.
Solid brass logger eyelets and speed lacing hooks that won't corrode or bend open.
Heavy duty Taslon laces for support and dependability in the field.
Schnee removable combination liners are quilted layers of Cambrelle nylon that wicks
perspiration and improves durability, 400 gram Thinsulate™ insulation for significant warmth without the bulk
of a normal pac style boot, and finally 3mm of wool felt on the outside of the liner adds comfort and insulates
even when damp with perspiration.
Triple stitching with bonded
nylon guaranteed not to fail for the life of the boots.
Handmade 100% rubber bottoms are waterproof, supportive, and durable. They feature firm thermal
plastic heel counters that provide the support of an all leather boot and steel shanks that give arch support for
comfortable walking all day long. We import the finest natural rubber bottoms that get pieced together by hand,
then "vulcanized" the old-fashioned way. That makes them 100% waterproof.
Schnee's exclusive Advantage outsole features soft air bobs in the center and firm lugs around
the outside edge. The result is outstanding traction.
Most Schnee Pac Boots fit easily into standard stirrups. Boots with extra insulation like the
Arctic series will require oversized stirrups.
Schnee's Pac Boots are completely rebuildable. For a nominal fee, the entire rubber bottom can
be replaced along with repair to the leather uppers and new stitching where needed. This is another sign of the
true quality of our pac boots. Find out more about our rebuild
services.
If you're wearing your boots day-in and day-out, we recommend picking up an extra pair of liners, so you'll have a fresh pair to wear each day.
Don't forget to get some Schnee's Premium Leather Conditioner to keep the leather uppers water resistant as well conditioned to maintain the quality of the leather. Odor-free and barnyard acid-proof.
If you're going to be in extremely wet conditions, we recommend McNett Seam Grip to reinforce the stitching and joint where the rubber meets the leather, so water can't sneak through the pin holes.
For long-lasting comfort and support, experience the customized personal fit of Schnee's Performance Footbeds with extra anatomical support to minimize foot fatigue.
