Wool Rifleman's Shirt

My Concerns First: In Schnee's catalog and online WEB site, it states that the Wool Rifleman's Shirt is Washable. When I got the shirt and read the inside label, it states "DRY CLEAN ONLY". That was the first disconnect. So, is this shirt Machine Washable or Not? I then looked at the other label within the shirt and it stated "100 Percent Wool". In Schnee's catalog and online WEB site, it states that this shirt is made of Merino Wool. This was the second disconnect. If this shirt indeed 100 Percent Merino Wool then the in-side label should state so. There is a big difference in insulation property and price for a Merion Wool product versus a regular Wool product. So, is this shirt 100 Percent Wool, 100 Percent Merino Wool or some type of a Wool/Synthetic blend? For the positives: This shirt has plenty of room for layering and movement so there is No need to get one size larger, like I have to do with other Wool Shirt brands. There is plenty of room in the Collar so you can button the shirt all the way to the top and pull the Collar up on cold, windy days. This shirt is triple stitched at all of the seams. It looks like there is additional stitching on each of the buttons so the buttons should hold up for many years. There is plenty of room in both shirt pockets when you need to carry additional items like a wool cap or a couple of head lamps. This shirt kept me real warm on cold, windy days and it did a good job of repelling a heavy mist of water while I was out fishing. In summary, I would have rated this shirt a 5 if the shirt labels stated what was advertised in Schnee's catalog and online WEB site. My confidence for this $149.00 product is in question due to the disconnects that I have mentioned above.

This shirt is of the highest quality. A medium weight wool with design features that exceed your closest competition. Worth the money and I will order a second!
