Awesome Boot!

After spending years moose hunting w/ a various assortment of footwear from rubber boots to try to stay dry in wet brush or leather work boots, which always got wet, and hence the dreaded all day sog foot. I finally broke down and decided to spend more for a specialized hunting boot w/ great claims. That and my brother has used the Granite for years and seemed to be happy. I went w/ the Beartooth because I didn't want the insulation and they were lighter. I wasn't disappointed these boots were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I actually cracked open the box at the trail head. These boots were wet or soaked on the outside all day for four days and I only noticed a bit of dampness on day three, but nothing to worry about. My partner w/ the cheap "waterproof" shoes was trying to dry his socks by a small fire while I was spotting comfortably w/ cozy feet. Highly recommend. Spend the money for quality.

Hands down the best boot I have ever owned. Owned all brands and styles. I bought these 2 seasons ago and they are still going strong. I used to believe that bobbed soles were a must for snow but these boots have proven me wrong. I wear them from early antelope season in august all the way through trap season which ends in march. I will never buy a different brand again!

Finally, no blisters after each hunt! 25+ days in the field in total comfort, whether kicking through brush as Buster closed in on a covey, traversing an alpine slope in search of mountain quail, or ascending a nasty shale covered face in pursuit of chukkar. I will never go into the field wearing else.
