My husband loves his shirts, however, the gal that took my order via phone, was utterly rude, and sent the wrong color shirt. I ordered 2 shirts @ $89 each, and the least she could have done is send the correct color. The customer service was unsatisfactory, as she tried to convince me to pay more for shipping, because U.P.S. did not deliver on Christmas Eve,according to her. The order was placed in ample time to receive them before Christmas. The shirts got here the day before Christmas Eve!! Glad I did not take her advice and pay $25 more for shipping.
not worth the money

I'm tempted to slam this particular shirt (not even close to the excellence of the Bitterroot Twill) but, it's not like it's junk. The fabric is described as "hearty" as I recall - clever writing - do NOT buy this if you are expecting a HEAVY weight - it's almost light weight (in my opinion). Incidentally, the shirt does NOT have "leather trimmed button holes" - it has ONE leather trimmed button hole - the collar button ONLY. You guys lied! As a matter of fact the portion of the shirt with the button holes are not reinforced (an additional fabric or stabilizing material on the button hole side of the shirt) like some flannels I've owned. It gives the shirt a somewhat "weak" appearance when you are wearing it. The material is very soft and luxurious feeling - not cheap. I'm sure the raw material cost was high but this shirt is worth 1/2 the cost they are asking. And once again - it's a very nice shirt - but I live in New England not Newport Beach on a January evening! Incidentally, the shirt laundered up nicely. It did not shrink. It did not run. It was put together well. The fit was perfect. It was not a big sloppy fit.

I'd like to add the following to my review -
I was well aware that a "heavier weight" flannel is sold by Schnee's. The problem is that they do not offer this shirt in a TALL version - a problem when you have 38" arms and are 6-4" tall. I will say this - I've worn the shirt a number of times and it is extremely comfortable. And I stand corrected - the pockets on the front of the shirt also have leather reinforced button holes - so the collar plus these 2 - it's still not all the button holes as you might be lead to believe.

I'm sorry to see some others that don't just love this shirt. It seems we all have an old sweetshirt that we just love and always put on when we want to relax. That is what this shirt is to me whenever I go out. I can't say that i've worked much in it... I like it too much for that. But when I need something that looks great and is superbly comfortable this is the shirt I always reach for. Thanks Schnee's for another fine product!

I stand corrected - - - after wearing this shirt during the last couple of months I have to say I love them. They are super comfortable. And if it matters (it doesn't to me) I have had a LOT of people tell me that they love the shirt (colors, the cut, the way it looks) - so what do I know. Anyway, I wish it was a little less $ but I will say this - I feel I got my moneys worth, so I stand corrected. And while I still won't give the shirt a 5 it's a 4.5 for sure.
